DALLAS SHOWROOM MANAGER

Two’s Company is seeking a dynamic, organized, and people-oriented Showroom Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating exceptional customer experiences, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and thrives on variety and responsibility.

As the Showroom Manager, you will own the day-to-day operations of our Dallas showroom, ensuring it reflects our brand at its best and delivers a welcoming, sales-focused environment. You’ll work closely with our sales, operations, and marketing teams, manage showroom setup and merchandising, and develop strategies to drive traffic and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Showroom Operations: Open, maintain, and manage showroom facilities daily, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising excellence.

  • Be a Brand Advocate: Develop a deep understanding of our company, culture, and product lines to effectively engage with customers and tell our story.

  • Coordinate Setup & Events: Hire and manage contractors and temporary staff, orchestrate showroom setup for Markets, and manage hospitality needs.

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Greet every visitor, answer questions, and turn each interaction into a sales opportunity.

  • Drive Traffic & Engagement: Develop and execute creative strategies to grow our customer base and increase showroom visits.

  • Support Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with sales, operations, and marketing teams to complete special projects, including retailer outreach.

  • Stay Organized & Meet Deadlines: Manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver results on time.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of gift and home industry sales or showroom experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and ability to quickly learn product information and new software.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and pack/unpack product samples.
  • Other Requirements: Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to work flexible or extended hours during market setup and events.
  • Bonus: Visual merchandising and experience in the Dallas Market Center environment.
